Additional upgraded amenities include: ceiling fans in living rooms, vaulted ceilings and skylights, patios and/or balconies. Several of our apartments have individual washer and dryers.

Each of our twenty six buildings feature paved off street parking and many offer covered parking as well. Our buildings are in the best locations on campus and our full time maintenance staff keeps our properties in tip top shape. All buildings are meticulously maintained and all have been remodeled with many upgrades.
